How To Use
Achieving the perfect spin burger with the Karmelizer is easy. Follow these simple steps to create mouth-watering, seared edge burgers every time. Please Note: This is a griddle tool it requires a flat cooking surface.
1. Preheat Your Griddle

Heat your griddle to a high temperature. The Karmelizer works best on a hot non oiled surface to ensure optimal spin searing.
2. Prepare Your Burger Patties

Form your burger patties. For the best results, use your favorite ground beef.​
3. Prepare the Karmelizer​

Hold the Karmelizer and spray cooking oil on the bottom for easy glide burger spinning.

Please do not heat the Karmelizer it works better at room temperature and can cause burns if left on the griddle.

Use grill gloves for your safety.
4. Glide the Karmelizer in a circle

Place the patty on the hot griddle. Start the spin press gently and circle the patty’s edge several times with the Karmelizer, flattening the outer edge as thin as it can go. A flying saucer shape with being thicker in the middle and thin on the outside is perfect.
5. Watch for Seared Edges and Flip

Use a thin griddle flipping tool and flip the patty as soon as you see the browning of the meat.
